Profile and security
View your account details, set balance alerts and the interface language, and manage password, email binding, sign-in sessions and other security options.
Account settings live on the "Profile" page in the console's left menu, plus the console's sign-in security settings.
Profile
The top of https://ai.myaiexp.com/profile shows your username, user ID, current balance, total usage and API request count. Common settings below that:
- Notification method: where balance alerts and other notifications are sent, such as email or a webhook.
- Quota alert threshold: get notified when your balance drops below this value, so calls don't stop because of an empty balance.
- Notification email: the address that receives notifications.
- Accept unpriced models: usually leave this off so you never call a model whose price isn't set.
- Language preference: the console interface language. This preference may also affect the language of API error messages.
- Sidebar settings: choose which entries appear in the left menu.
Remember to click save after changing settings.
Account security
The console's sign-in security settings typically include:
- Change password: update your sign-in password.
- Email binding: bind or change your email, used for password recovery and notifications.
- Sign-in sessions: see the devices using your account and revoke sessions you don't recognize. If you see an unfamiliar device, revoke it immediately and change your password.
- Access tokens: create tokens that scripts use to call account management APIs.
- Passkey and two-factor authentication: an extra layer of sign-in protection (where the page offers it).
- Delete account: permanently delete your account and all its data. This cannot be undone.
Access tokens are for account management APIs and are not the same as the API keys used to call models. Never put an access token into Claude Code, Cursor or other AI clients.
Security tips
- Use a unique, strong password and turn on any extra sign-in protection the page offers.
- Check your sign-in sessions and Usage Logs regularly and act on anything unusual.
- Set a quota alert so production calls don't fail because your balance ran out.

OpenAI SDK (Python / Node)
Call models through /v1/chat/completions with the official OpenAI SDK. Only api_key and base_url change.
